Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (€12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (for orders over €50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviced.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other select regions). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy Overview
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused
- With all original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Snorkeling equipment (diving gear with snorkel)
- Swimming learning accessories
- Customized or made-to-order items

Step 2: Approval & Instructions
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and detailed instructions.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging
- Include all accessories and documents
- Add a copy of your receipt or order number
- Ship to:

Step 4: Processing by Aviron Passion
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- For approved returns: we’ll initiate your refund or exchange
- For exchanges: we’ll ship your new item
You’ll receive email confirmation when processing is complete.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- For card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): credit will appear in your account within 5-10 business days
- For PayPal payments: refund will be visible immediately
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we made an error)
Exchanges
- We’ll ship your new item as soon as the return is approved
- We cover shipping costs for the replacement item
- If the new item has a different price, we’ll adjust the amount via refund or additional payment
